"Jordans were legit??"
Ordered my Jordans from Hibbett Sports and they definitely seem authentic to me. The box came in good shape too, which was a relief. Shipping was kinda slow though, like why did it take that long?? Overall I’m happy with them.

"Pretty easy finding what I needed"
I was using the Hibbett site and it was easy to get around. When I type in the shoes I wanted, the search worked good, and the filters was helpful for picking size and color. A couple pages did load kinda slow for me, but overall it was simple enough to use. I’d use it again

"Easy pickup, just a small wait"
I ordered some shoes on hibbett.com for store pickup, and overall it went smoothly. I got the pickup email the same day, but when I got to the store, it took them a few minutes to track down my order. The staff was really nice though, and the shoes were exactly what I ordered. I'd use it again.

I had a small issue with my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me quicker than I expected, which was nice. It did take a bit of waiting here and there, but... yeah, they fixed it without making it a whole thing. Overall, good experience.

"Checkout was more stressful than it needed to be"
I was just trying to order a pair of shoes, but the checkout process really tested my patience. It froze right after I entered my payment details, and I had to refresh the page twice. Then my cart randomly emptied, which made me wonder if the site just wasn’t handling the payment step properly. I did eventually get the order to go through, but it took way longer than it should have. For something as simple as buying shoes, the whole experience felt clunky and frustrating.

I got in the queue like I was supposed to, waited around, refreshed, hoped for the best, and still ended up taking an L. the whole thing made me feel like I was begging for a chance to buy something, which just left me annoyed more than anything.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Hibbett and was surprised when they showed up about 2 days later. I figured it would take longer, but the shipping was really quick. They sent the receipt and tracking info to my email right away, so it was easy to keep an eye on it. Everything in the order was correct and I didn’t have any issues at all

"Better Than I Expected"
I ordered a pair of sneakers from Hibbett Sports a few weeks ago, they’ve been better than I expected. They fit really well right out of the box, and after wearing them a bunch since then, they still look clean. Definitely happy with the quality so far

"Promos Helped, But Still Pricey"
I mean, the sales looked good at first, and I was kind of excited to see the promos applied. But once I got to the final price, it still felt a bit high. Not terrible, maybe, but I’m not totally sure it felt like as good of a deal as I expected

"Easy to use and the rewards are worth it"
I’ve had a Hibbett account for a while now, and overall it’s been easy to use. I like having my orders, sizes, and points all in one place instead of digging through old emails every time. The rewards program is the main reason I keep coming back because the points add up faster than I thought, and I’ve used rewards on shoes a few times already. I haven’t had any major problems so far, and anything small I’ve noticed feels preventable. Works well for me.

"Shoes were great, box was a bit roughed up"
A friend recommended these to me, so I decided to give them a try. The shoes themselves arrived totally fine and look great, but the box was a little beat up with a few dents when it got here. Not a huge deal for me, but I do wish the packaging had been a bit better.

"Payment went through, just took a minute"
I ordered a pair of shoes on hibbett.com and the payment part was straightforward. I used my debit card, put everything in, and there weren’t any error messages or weird pop-ups or anything like that.
The only thing was it kind of stayed on the loading screen for longer than I expected. Not forever, but long enough where I was like... did it freeze, or should I not touch anything? Maybe around a minute or so, then it finally went through.
I got the confirmation email right after, and the charge showed up correctly on my card. So, yeah, not the fastest checkout ever, but it worked fine in the end.

"The mobile app has been pretty..."
The mobile app has been stable for me recently... no random crashes anymore when I’m checking out shoes, which is nice.
